This policy explains how Fullfill Art Limited ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit www.fullfillart.com, buy from us, open a trade account or contact us. We are the data controller.

What we collect

  • Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and the items you buy.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history. For trade accounts, your business name, VAT number and credit terms.
  • Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or phone.
  • Website data: essential cookies for your session and basket, and, only if you agree, analytics and advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To process, make, deliver and support your order, including returns: performance of a contract.
  • To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
  • To answer your questions and manage trade accounts: contract or legitimate interests.
  • To send news and offers by email, only if you opt in, or as a past customer for similar products with an easy unsubscribe: consent or soft opt-in.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising, only with your cookie consent: consent.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed with service providers acting on our behalf:

  • Odoo SA (website, online shop and business software hosting, EU)
  • Stripe (card payments)
  • Courier and delivery companies (name, address and phone, to deliver your order)
  • Google (advertising and analytics, only with your cookie consent)
  • Our accountants and professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires

We do not sell your personal data. Where a provider transfers data outside the EEA, it does so under safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Orders, invoices and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by Irish tax law.
  • Customer accounts: until you ask us to close them, or after 3 years of inactivity.
  • Enquiries: up to 2 years.
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@fullfill.art and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie), 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, payments are handled by Stripe, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it.
