Delivery & Returns Policy

Every artwork is printed, hand-finished and framed to order in Ireland. This policy explains how delivery and returns work. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery

  • Framed prints are usually dispatched within 7 working days of your order. Original artworks may take longer; we will confirm timing by email.
  • Delivery within Ireland is €5 per item, and free on orders of €400 or more. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Artworks are packed with corner protectors and rigid packaging and sent by tracked courier.

Damaged or faulty items

  • Please check your artwork on arrival. If it is damaged in transit or faulty, email info@fullfill.art within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs, and collect the damaged item at our expense.
  • This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Changed your mind? 14-day right to cancel

  • If you are a consumer buying online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
  • To cancel, email info@fullfill.art with your order number, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
  • The artwork must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so please use a tracked, insured service.
  • Return postage is paid by you unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  • We will refund the price paid and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back, using the same payment method. Where a discount code was used, the refund is the amount actually paid.
  • We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, or is returned damaged.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Artworks commissioned or made to your own specification, such as custom sizes, custom framing or personalised pieces, unless faulty.

Limited editions and originals

Limited edition prints and original artworks can be returned under the 14-day right to cancel. Returned limited editions keep their edition number and are not reissued.

Trade and retailer accounts

Orders placed on a trade account are business purchases and are covered by your trade terms, not the consumer right to cancel. Damaged or faulty trade orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be replaced or credited.
